Attorney Gaith Muhammad Mu'taz Ajleikin

He provides legal consultancy services to a number of companies and institutions, with a special focus on Islamic banks, particularly in banking litigation and enforcement. He has held the CIB (Certified Islamic Banker) certificate since 2020. He also serves as an authorized agent with the Directorate for the Protection of Commercial and Industrial Property in the Syrian Arab Republic since 2022, specializing in the registration and protection of commercial and industrial intellectual property rights. During 2021–2022 he participated in several specialized legal courses and workshops at the Faculty of Law – University of Damascus, covering contract drafting, company formation and dissolution, banking judiciary, military judiciary and its procedural rules. He also received a Diploma in Family Qualification from the Ministry of Awqaf – Qiyam Center (2024 – Very Good).

Attorney Noor Adnan Haj Ibrahim

Ms. Noor Adnan Haj Ibrahim has been a practicing lawyer in the Syrian Arab Republic since 2016 and received the title of Senior Lawyer on 13/12/2018. She has extensive experience in civil and commercial disputes, legal drafting of contracts, personal status cases, and criminal litigation. She provides legal consultancy to a number of companies and institutions. During 2021–2022 she took part in several specialized legal courses and workshops at the Faculty of Law – University of Damascus covering contract drafting, company formation and dissolution, banking judiciary, military judiciary and its procedures, and population change and development programs. She also received a Diploma in Family Qualification from the Ministry of Awqaf – Qiyam Center (2024 – Very Good).

Attorney Ahmad Abdul-Fattah Al-Fares

Mr. Ahmad Al-Fares has been practicing law in the Syrian Arab Republic since 2021 and received the title of Senior Lawyer on 29/08/2023. He has advanced experience in labor law and social security, financial and tax law, general criminal judiciary and military judiciary in particular. He provides legal consultancy services to several companies and institutions. In 2021 he attended a specialized workshop at the Faculty of Law – University of Damascus on contract drafting.

Attorney Sham Arar

Ms. Sham Arar is undergoing practical training in advocacy at "Asas Law Firm", where she develops her legal and professional skills. She participated in a training course on community work skills and a course on public speaking and presentation skills, strengthening her professional communication and ability to work in diverse environments.

Attorney Maram Al-Farra

Holder of a Bachelor of Law from the Faculty of Law – University of Damascus with a grade of Good – 2022. Ms. Maram Al-Farra began practicing law in the Syrian Arab Republic in 2023 at "Asas Law Firm", gaining practical experience across various legal areas.

Attorney Taghreed Safar Al-Halabi

Holder of a Bachelor of Law from Al-Sham Private University (ASPU) with a grade of Very Good – 2022. Ms. Taghreed Al-Halabi is completing her practical training in advocacy at "Asas Law Firm", gaining experience in daily legal work from drafting legal memoranda to following cases before various judicial bodies. She also participated in a specialized workshop organized by the Faculty of Law – University of Damascus on cybercrime.
